Hi Ron,

As you might expect, I have a few pictures, if you would like to view them.

I went up the Poudre Canyon on a cold, blustery afternoon not expecting any good shots because the light was so bright and glaring. Here is a picture of a little eddy - nothing really special but I thought it had promise.

My lower back has given me trouble and it has really hurt recently. While lying on my back, doing the stretches that seem to help, I looked up at the ceiling. I saw our ceiling beam and the light and shadow around it and took a little
break from stretching.

I've talked about how lucky I am to see the sunrise every morning from my bedroom. Usually, its so bright that the glare is blinding. But now and then, the atmosphere acts like a filter and shows the beauty of our little, round star. Try to imagine this ball of heat that we live so near as a little twinkling star like those we see in the night sky.

We recently passed the Vernal Equinox but we've had precious little Vernal! I hope this is a good omen.

Thanks for having a look.
